"This was our groups first experience of a catered chalet holiday as we had always preferred self catering in the past, we now wont go back!!! Mike and Lynn were excellent hosts and the food was always top notch and very varied, we loved the cakes (especially the Lemon Drizzle which I think had been devoured within 10 minutes of our return) The chalet was warm and cosy, and in a lovely spot in a traditional French village. I think 2013 will be an easy decision Snow Chateaux probably in Tignes. Thanks John and the rest of the boys."

We have just returned from the beautiful Chalet Renard. I just wanted to say a massive thank you. We had the most amazing time and to be honest are finding it hard to settle back into everyday life at home!
The Chalet was beautiful and incredibly comfortable and we were treated like royalty by Seb and Emma, who incidentally should be given knighthoods! Joking aside, we were totally spoilt and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even 6 rowdy children didn't phase them!
There have been many tears shed since returning home by both the children and the adults! Please pass on our thanks to Seb and Emma.
The children have caught the ski bug (which of course we are delighted about) and we are looking to book up next year. At the moment we are dubious about returning to Chalet Renard, purely for the fact that we left there on such a high, we want to hold on to our memories. However, if Seb and Emma were to sign up to being Chalet Hosts at Chalet Renard next year, please, please, let us know, as we would jump at the chance of seeing Seb and Emma and Chalet Renard again!

Fantastic. … an amazing chef, every meal was a culinary delight – adaptable to portions, alternative foods, nothing was refused or met without a smile. “The chalet is family-friendly and almost every room has a private bathroom. The location of the chalet was excellent, with free bus and the village of Val Claret in walking distance. Highly recommended especially for large groups! …we had a beautiful week in Tignes.”

“Chalet and views were amazing. Was very happy with the room. Excellent food and choice. In fact, best food I have ever had on a chalet ski holiday. (i’ve been on 7!!) Brilliantly presented. Both Cecilia and Rod were very friendly and informative. Chalet very clean and very well maintained. We wanted for nothing. We were extremely well looked after. Cecelia and Rod are the best chalet hosts ever.”

“Very much enjoyed staying here. Staff wonderful. Cooking better than anything we do at home. Enjoyed it all. Great to have description of Montchavin cows in Saint Tropez with cheese board; we were discussing it all week! All very clean, if only children could be as clean and tidy! Anything we needed to know the staff could help us with. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and no fuss style. Thanks a lot and good luck to you all!”

“We had a great time last week! The chalet was brilliant and Lee and Justina made great hosts, even while not feeling their best they were able to make us welcome and bent over backwards for us. Like I said the facilities were perfect and the food brilliant! Your recommendation of ski hire companies was well founded, I have never had them visit the chalet before but it is definitely the way to go, they even visited throughout the week to check the group were happy with boots etc it was a great set up!
We also really appreciated the help afforded to us on change-over day! It would have been a nightmare without SnowChateaux's involvement. Please could you pass on our thanks to the team involved. “

“Thank you for all your help in providing us with all the necessary for a great and memorable Ski-Ing holiday in Peisey Vallandry (Les Arcs). The Chalet was really comfortable and provided us with all the home comforts, especially the comfy chair in front of the open Log Fire! Really Cosy. The food prepared for our meals was nothing short of superb! The Sauna is a nice touch at the end of a hard day! Evenings were enjoyable with some nice Bars nearby to enjoy the local hospitality (In Liquid form), with a good atmosphere. The Sking in and around the resort was brilliant with something for everyone and easily accessible for all standards. Very picturesque through the tree lined runs, and quite demanding on the higher and farther afield slopes dotted around. Really Good allround Ski-Ing with plenty to explore. Had a Great time and will definately return! Many thanks once again to you and your team for a brilliant Ski Trip. P.S. Your local driving directions to the Chalet weren't bad either..!"

“We have just returned from a terrific week at the Chalet Peisey. We were a large Party , with varying needs , having an age range from 80 to 3 years old. I cannot praise our Chalet staff highly enough , particularly Derek and Mike who spared no effort in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible . The food was superb and our queries, particularly regarding local entertainment, were dealt with quickly and efficiently . They were never anything less than polite and good humoured”.
