Transfer Les Arcs

Chambery: Les Arcs Transfer, 1 hour 30 minutes. The nearest airport but not too many carriers use it and transfers to resorts are not as established. (scheduled flights: flybe from Southampton or jet2 from Leeds-Bradfrod/Manchester).
Geneva: Les Arcs Transfer, 2 hours 30 minutes. The airport served by the majority of low cost flights. The top choice of airports used by our guests.(scheduled flights: SnowJet, British Airways, easyJet, flyglobespan, BA Connect, FirstChoice, Swiss, bmi baby, jet2). 
Lyon: Les Arcs Transfer, 2 hours 30 minutes. Similar transfer time and a few good deals on flights, however Les Arcs travel can be more expensive (scheduled flights: bmi, easyJet, Air France, BA Connect, bmi baby, British Airways).
Grenoble: Les Arcs Transfer, 2 hours 30 minutes. Les Arcs travel, again less established and expensive (scheduled flights: Ryanair, British Airways, FirstChoice).   
St. Etienne: Les Arcs Transfer, 3 hours 30 minutes. A good choice if Geneva or Lyon flights are unavailable but Les Arcs travel is further so transfer Les Arcs is more expensive (scheduled flights: Ryanair).
Turin, Italy: Les Arcs Transfer, 4 hours. The Les Arc travel is difficult as the tolls are expensive which in turn, pushes the price of transfers up. (scheduled flights: British Airways, easyJet, Ryanair, FirstChoice).

Top Tip: It is very much worth your while to sign up to the low cost airline e-newsletters. Within the emails, they offer great prices and tell you when they will release winter prices at their cheapest!

An easy and direct way to get to Les Arcs is by using the various train services to Bourg Saint Maurice station, which is approx 20 minutes to our chalets. Below is a number of different options:

Les Arcs transfer by Eurostar & overnight sleeper/TGV combination

Only 3 hours from London Waterloo is Paris. You can then take the overnight sleeper, with your own bed, and arrive in Bourg Saint Maurice the next morning. Or, you can take the high speed train from Paris to Bourg Saint Maurice, which takes about 5 hours. To book or find out more information, visit www.raileurope.co.uk.

Les Arcs transfer by Ferry & overnight sleeper/TGV combination

A UK journey to Dover and then take the ferry as a foot passenger and you can then take the overnight sleeper, with your own bed, and arrive in Bourg Saint Maurice the next morning. 

Coach

GoByCoach or Eurolines is a cost effective and direct route to the Alps. There are various pick up points in the UK and you can get an extra day on the mountain, should you choose the right service.

Self-Drive

A great choice for all that extra luggage!  With your own transport in resort, travelling by car can be extremely useful. The majority of the journey is spent on the French motorways and is relatively straight-forward although once you hit the Alps, we highly recommend you carry snow-chains and experience of driving in alpine conditions.

During the winter, the Mont Blanc tunnel is not open and toll charges do apply on French motorways.

Although we do not have private parking facilities for guests, there is free outdoor parking located very close to the chalet.
