We offer:

- Mountain hosting - We love skiing and snowboarding with our guests and offer as part of your holiday free ski hosting. This is available for all skiers and snowboarders who can ski a red run with confidence and above. Our hosts know the slopes of Paradiski very well and we will help you to find the best snow and the quietest pistes. Best of all when you ski and board with a host you learn where to go on the other days and never worry about finding a table for lunch. Advice on the best places to ski and snowboard, depending on the conditions and your ability, so that you waste none of your precious time...!

- Help in arranging ski and snowboard lessons, off-piste guiding, heli-skiing, multi resort visits (Tignes, Val d'Isere, Ste Foy) etc. before your arrival; (see activity options page or contact us)

Charitable donations:
Staying with SnowChateaux means an automatic donation to charity, at no additional cost to you.
Every French local council charge a 'taxe de sejour' of 3.8 Euros per week. They will not allow us to give this to charity (surprise!!) but SnowChateaux will match this amount and donate it to charity, at no additional cost to you.
Guests taking group ski lessons will automatically be donating 10% of your lesson costs to charity, if you mention SNOWCHATEAUX while booking, at no additional cost to yourself.
Any donations to charity through SnowChateaux is matched by ourselves, automatically doubling the amount you give.
There are spare change boxes in every chalet on your departure day for the Euro coins that you can't change back to sterling when you get back home. Again, SnowChateaux will double up your contributions.
This year our Charitable donations are for the 'Guilshermina' fund. A 6 year old girl who suffered from a severe epileptic attack as a newborn. She is severely mentally and physically handicapped as a result. Her parents are friends of ours who live in Argentina, where the government offers such limited assistance it's shocking, leaving the family unable to financially cope with the cost of specialist equipment and care (motorised wheelchair, and other mobility apparatus etc.).
So many of us are lucky enough to visit the mountains year in year out, we hope you are happy that your stay with us automatically (and at no charge to yourself) helps those more unfortunate than ourselves. Many thanks to those making additional contributions. Our target is 5000 Euros and the campaign total will be posted on the site.
Whats not included in the price?

- Ski pass, lessons and equipment rental costs
- Ski and travel insurance (obligatory for all guests)
- Ski guides / instructors
- Lunches (Packed Lunches may be available for those preferring to take advantage of the quiet lunch time slopes - please ask before arrival)
- Self-service breakfast of cereal, baguette, jams, juices, coffee etc is included on hosts'day off, but Afternoon tea/evening meal on hosts' day off is not included(usually Wednesday)
- Childcare & babysitting - contact us to arrange (full or part time) through a UK agencey based in France with qualified and police checked UK nannies
