As a connoisseur of fine food and drink you can rest assured in snowchateaux home prepared cuisine. A delicious and varied eating experience, cooked to your tastes. We're an independent chalet and we have taken the liberty of choosing a tasty varied and wholesome menu on your behalf. Cooked with the best local fresh produce by our talented chef who is adept at catering for a range of needs. Adult, little people, vegetarian, vegan, etc.

your snowchateaux catered chalet holiday
Prior to your first evening meal we welcome you to Chalet Paradiski with a champagne reception to toast the start of your winter's holiday.
Each and every morning you will awake to the smell of fresh bread, croissant and pain au chocolat baking in the oven. Breakfast is an informal, nourishing and copious affair with a different cooked option every day, fresh bread, croissant and preserves, yoghurt, fruit juice, cereal and fruit.
A sumptuous spread of freshly baked cake and biscuits, local breads and jams with tea or coffee will await you on your return from the slopes.
Relax in the sauna or one of the chalets lounges before savoring a fine 3 course meal with personally selected wines to complement each main course and fresh coffee with chocolates to finish in front of the roaring log fire. Followed by relaxing with fresh coffee and chocolates in front of the roaring fire. The hosts takes one night off during the week when you can take advantage of local restaurants. (We are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegans, allergies, intolerances or dislikes - please notify us at the time of booking)
Our accompanying wines are personally selected from our specialist supplier and depending on the dish of the day they may range from vin du pays through to Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. Soft drinks, juices and water are also readily available.
Please note that Entree's are served every other day and Fromage is served on the days without Entree
Christmas and New Year weeks see the chalet sparkle with Christmas tree, lights and decorations. It's also our Christmas and New Year so it's great to make it a special time for everyone. Christmas Dinner is a grand affair and our New Years cocktails are all the rage!
Special occasions and Birthdays can be catered for, be it a birthday cake, champagne toast or entertainment.
Packed Lunches are available on request at reasonable prices but if you prefer to eat on the mountain there are nearly limitless options across both Les Arcs and La Plagne
Children are happily catered for. "Little people" can either eat with, or earlier than, those older folk. Home made, well balanced, tasty and nutritious meals is the order of the day. Let us know what sort of food goes down the best and we'll do our utmost to please.

Cooked to perfection
- A different cooked option every day for breakfast plus fresh bread, croissant, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, fruit juice and cereal
- a self-service continental breakfast on the hosts day-off
- An afternoon tea of home-baked cakes or biscuits, local breads and jams as you return from the slopes
- A three-course evening meal of culinary delights served with free-flowing wine or soft drink, followed by freshly ground coffee, a selection of teas and chocolates.
- Wednesday evening gives you the opportunity to sample the local delicacies as it is the hosts day-off. We will recommend and book you into the best local restaurants should you require
